¿How do I make a Backup Copy of my Data?
To make a backup copy of your data, just copy the folder "C:\Contacto CRM"
in your computer or your server.
It is very important to make a backup at least weekly.

¿How to do maintenance to my database and how often?
1. Al instances of Contacto CRM should be closed.
2. Run "Config.exe" located in C:\Program files\Contacto 4\config.exe.
3. Press button "Database maintenance"
Do this al least once a month.
(Please make a backup before doing maintenance)

¿How do I change field names?
1. Go to the menu Configuration - Rename fields.
2. Type the name of the field you want to change and press "search".
3. The name of the field should appear in the rename field.
4. Type the new name you want for that field.

¿How do I add items to a listbox field?
At the right side of each listbox field there is a button with "+" sign to add items.

¿How do I install the PALM software?
1. Download the Palm OS Module.
2. Install the program Palmconverter.
3. Double click the file "ContactoEn.prc" and "NSBRuntime.prc" to upload it to your palm.
4. Run Contacto CRM and press the PALM button..

¿How do I add users to Contacto CRM?
Go to the menu "Configuration menu" - "Users"
Here you can add users, their passwords and access permissions.

¿How do I uninstall completely Contacto CRM from my computer?
1. Run "C:\Program files\Contacto4\Config.exe"
2. Press button "Erase Path" , exit program
3. Go to Control Panel - Add or Remove programs , select Contacto 4 and press remove.
4. Erase folder C:\Contacto CRM (IF YOU ERASE THIS FOLDER YOU WILL BE ERASING THE COMPLETE DATABASE AND ALL DOCUMENTS)
